- Western blot analysis of NANOG polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB1886) in K-562 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). NANOG (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody (1 : 60 dilution).
- Western Blot (Transfected lysate)
- Western blot analysis of NANOG (arrow) using NANOG polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB1886). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the NANOG gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).
- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
- Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human spleenreacted with NANOG polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB1886), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining.
